Position info for seek bar, horizontal/vertical zoom and volume

Moving anything listed in the summary is currently a blind operation, you have no idea where you're going or what your current position is.
The proportional scale each slider represents will also change when the window size changes. This doesn't make it very useful to accurately remember your 'favorite' positions.
The position/value information should be displayed somewhere as each is moved, possible in the center-top of the audio display using a prominent font size.
The same should be done for video as well, when hovering over the seek bar the frame/time info should be displayed at the top, also when dragging the slider itself.
I'm setting this to milestone:2.2.0 even though it's not really a priority feel free to delete it or push it further down.
