mkv keyframe dialog causes new version dialog go unresponsive

Description

When you start an old version of Aegisub it normally shows the "new version found"-dialog. But if you quickly click open video and open mkv file, it will open the "creating keyframes"-dialog. The moment you click open, it will also display the version-dialog on top of the keyframe-dialog. And since the keyframe-dialog is modal, it will cause the version-dialog go unresponsive. It IS a minor annoyance that happens almost never, but in my oppinion, still a bug.

Closing, the new version checker should fix this.
