crash when changing the actor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a subtitle file
2. Select a line in the script
3. Click in the Actor field above, type in a name, hit the return key

Results:

crash.

Seems repeatable on demand.

fwiw, I get the same crash just choosing a different actor from the popup, in addition to trying to type a new one as originally reported.

This might be an issue with wxCocoa and not Aegisub. It should be tested with a more recent version of wx first.

This was a bug in WX that was fixed long ago, I'm leaving it open so it can be verified before closing.

This crash still happens so it may actually be our fault somehow I'll look into it tonight.

This doesn't seem to occur with a more recent wxWidgets, so let's say it's fixed.
