Make "Match video resolution" default to "Ask" again

Description

For whatever reason, now lost to time, the "Match video resolution on open" option was defaulted to "Never" instead of "Ask". The original default was "Ask" and I can't remember why the default was changed.

I think the reason was related to people preferring to use eg. 2x video resolution for script resolution getting annoyed at it.
A fix for that would be to check for the width:height ratios of script and video resolutions being identical, rather than the exact resolutions being identical.
