Milestone 3.0.0

This version represents a major jump from the previous 2.x version of Aegisub. These are and not limited to:

• Rewrite of internals.
• Unit testing of core code.
• Removing the commit buttons and defaulting to always commit. This comes along with a comprehensive undo system.
• Introduction of libaegisub, a library to hold all core, and non-UI code for unit testing purposes.
• Automatic crash report submission via a crash reporter.
